Story

A boundary-pushing, entrepreneurial, strategic, creative leader. With a zest for life, Nic's career has taken him all over the globe. He is most motivated by doing great work with talented people.

An experienced agency leader with a love for working collaboratively.

Nic knows how to bring the best out of talented people, while winning partnerships with clients & leading outstanding creative.

He has honed his skills in creative leadership, colliding powerful traditional brand creativity, emerging experience thinking, and the world of traditional and non-traditional marketing.

From brand campaigns to experiential events, new retail concepts, marketing programs, omni-channel marketing, photo and video direction, product & packaging design, engineering, and more. Nic has been a part of two agency launches. One in New York City, the other in Sao Paulo—where he focused on directing creative excellence, growing business, staffing creative departments, leading brand development, creating internal capabilities, building culture and process, while managing multinational teams across geographies.

 

Nic has also co-founded the world's first circular office supply startup (Switch Everything).

Leading marketing, branding, product development, sustainable supply chain infrastructure, packaging, copywriting, and more. Marketing for houses of brands such as AB InBev (global & US brands Budweiser, Stella Artois, Corona, Michelob Ultra), Unilever, Reckitt, Diageo, and William Grant.

Creating new retail concepts for brands like GNC, Modelorama, New Stand, & Beyond Hello.

 

He’s been a part of multi-agency collaborations on two highly successful Fifa World Cup campaigns

& won multiple Effie awards.

Helped grow the business from 0 to 22 million in the US market alone, moving this from our newest market to our global headquarters, gained a few Effie awards along the way.
Built and led interdisciplinary team of 25 creatives,

plus a satellite team of six creatives in Toronto.
Global & US brands: from FMCG 360 programming to brick-and-mortar store design & experiences.
Pitched & grew client portfolio including: AB-Inbev, Pernod Ricard, Beyond-Hello, Samsung, William Grant.

Co-founded a startup in the circularity (sustainable) space.

Switch Everything creates sustainable alternatives to wasteful office products, design led—future forward. He has built the brand, the website, designed the products, engineered the products, sourced the suppliers, liaised and problem solved with the suppliers, created the marketing, designed the packaging, directed the photography and videography, and navigated a thousand other legal hurdles along the way. (A real-life MBA.)
